The results? Saluto announced “The MacBook Pro is the most expensive PC among the top three, but if you’re looking for top reliability – the data is clear. MacBook Pro is the best Windows PC on the market,” said the company.

The machines tested that were built for native windows use came with Windows installed out of box. Many of these Windows installations included manufacturer “crapware” which certainly could have affected their performance in the study.
The downside to running Windows on a Mac of course is the extra work you have to put in up front to get started. Clearly Apple doesn’t include Windows on its laptops or towers, so you have to install BootCamp along your preferred Windows operating system to get up and running. You’ll also have to overlook a few missing keys that are Windows native. If you’re ok with all that, MacBook Pro can be a very viable option for your next Windows installation.
